One of our favourite holiday workshops is returning for Christmas!
Spend a festive evening creating your own beautiful Sourdough Brioche Star — a show-stopping sweet bread that’s perfect for Christmas morning, holiday gatherings or simply enjoying at home.
You’ll work with sweet sourdough brioche prepared ahead and ready for shaping. Together, we’ll learn how to roll, layer, fill, cut and twist the dough to create its beautiful signature star shape.
We’ll bake and finish our stars together, ready for you to take home and enjoy.
You’ll receive the complete sourdough brioche recipe and step-by-step instructions so you can recreate your star from scratch throughout the holiday season.
