Celebrate the flavours of fall with a cozy evening of sourdough baking!
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore sweet, enriched sourdough while making soft and delicious Pumpkin Sourdough Brioche Rolls with Maple Glaze.
You’ll mix a full batch of pumpkin sourdough brioche dough from scratch to take home, then work with dough prepared ahead to learn how to roll, fill, shape and bake a half batch of pumpkin-spiced rolls.
We’ll finish our freshly baked rolls with a maple glaze, ready for you to take home and enjoy.
You’ll also receive a classic sweet sourdough brioche recipe without pumpkin, giving you a versatile base you can use year-round for cinnamon rolls, sweet rolls and your own creations.
You’ll take home: freshly baked pumpkin brioche rolls, a full batch of pumpkin brioche dough to continue at home, plus both recipes and instructions.
