Come spend a cozy few hours in the kitchen learning how to transform rich, buttery sourdough brioche into something beautiful — and delicious!

For this hands-on workshop, your sourdough brioche dough will be prepared and ready for you, so we can jump right into the fun part: filling, shaping and creating.

You’ll choose to make either soft, bakery-style cinnamon rolls or a beautiful filled brioche star — perfect for sharing, holiday gatherings or a special weekend treat.

During class, we’ll work through the shaping techniques together, talk about working with enriched sourdough and go over the fermentation and preparation process so you can confidently make the dough yourself at home.

You’ll receive the complete sourdough brioche recipe and instructions to take home, along with your own handmade brioche creation.
