About the event
Spend a cozy fall Sunday in the kitchen making the ultimate cool-weather combination — homemade soup and fresh sourdough!
Together we’ll use classic sourdough to create individual sourdough bread bowls, make a comforting roasted tomato & garlic soup from scratch, and turn day-old sourdough into crispy garlic-herb croutons.
Along the way, you’ll learn how to divide and shape sourdough into individual bread bowls and how to recreate them in your own kitchen.
Then we’ll sit down together and enjoy a warm bowl of homemade soup and sourdough before you head home with plenty to enjoy later.
You’ll take home: your sourdough bread-bowl project, roasted tomato soup, homemade croutons and all three recipes.
All ingredients and supplies are included. No sourdough experience necessary.
