Together, we’ll transform simple, nourishing ingredients into fresh, homemade sourdough pasta. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll, and shape your own pasta, with guidance every step of the way—whether you’re brand new or already love working with sourdough.
As the dough rests, we’ll slow things down and prepare a few light, seasonal sauces using fresh herbs, citrus, and simple ingredients that let the pasta shine.
